A Beginners Guide to Working Out, Staying Fit and Driven

Hello and Welcome to Tim’s Gym 101! On this site, I will share with you as much knowledge as I possibly can from my own personal experiences with working out and staying fit. Most of my knowledge has been gained from working out at a gym. So that will be my main point of reference here, and so fits the title. There are many different facets when it comes to working out and staying fit. Like anything else, of course, it all depends on what you really want. What your end goal is. It’s important to remember that while you’re trying to achieve some sort of end goal, that there are instant benefits to be attained by each and every effort that you make along the way.

The information that I’m about to share with you is all from my perspective and I feel that I’m always learning. My goal here is to share that perspective and hopefully help as many people as possible with their fitness journey. I think it’s worth mentioning that while I say, “my perspective,” this doesn’t exclude the many people who have shared their knowledge and teachings with me. Whether it be in person or on the internet, we all gain information from others that enhances our knowledge. Maybe you’ve been working out for a long time too and can relate to some of the things that I have to say.
